But this isn’t just about business.
It’s about building something that fits real life—while raising kids, working full-time, managing energy, and still wanting your work to matter. I share the strategies, systems, and honest lessons that make business feel doable and growth feel grounded.
If you want clear marketing strategy, a better understanding of SEO, and a brand that actually supports your goals, you’re in the right place.

In this episode of our Being Better Everyday podcast, I'm excited to dive into the topic of reflecting on the last year so we can get clear on setting intentions for the new year. I'm your host, Julie Wenzlick, and I truly believe that taking the time to set intentions can make a huge difference in our lives. I want to guide you through a reflective process that I've found to be really helpful. I encourage you to answer some reflective questions. What were the highlights of your year? What were the challenges? What lessons did you learn?
I'll also be sharing some of my own personal experiences with you. For example, I'll talk about how I started this podcast and even launched a YouTube channel. It's been quite a journey, and I've learned so much along the way. I'll also touch on my growth in faith and how that has impacted my life. Through the ten questions we discuss in the episode, you will see your joyful moments for the year, where you showed resilience, and how the JOY LIST can really show you how you spent your time. Sometimes, we get so caught up in our daily routines that we forget to make time for the things that truly bring us joy.
Lastly, I want to encourage you to reflect on your priorities. What truly matters to you? What do you want to focus on in the upcoming year? I'll provide you with some tools and strategies for setting intentions that align with your values and goals.
So, get ready to dive deep. I'm here to support you every step of the way. Let's make this year the best one yet!
Questions to Reflect on your Year:
What was my biggest win this year?
What's a moment that made me laugh so hard I snorted?
If this year had a theme song, what would it be?
In what unexpected ways did I show resilience?
What's a skill or hobby I picked up that surprised even me?
If I could thank one person for getting me through the year, who would it be and why?
If I could have given myself advice at the beginning of the year, what would it have been?
What's a small, everyday moment that brought me immense joy?
What feels most important to you in your life right now?
Finally, in three words, how would I describe this year?

In this episode of the Being Better Everyday podcast, I am going to share with you my personal journey and the 4 steps I took to improve my mental and physical health. I will be sharing my struggles with body image, postpartum weight gain, getting different tests from different doctors, and my experiences with different types of therapy.
I am not sharing this episode as medical advice, this is to share and emphasize the importance of self-love, finding the right therapist, and taking a personal and holistic approach to health. I want you to feel encouraged to take the next right step in your physical and mental health journey, because as working moms we have a lot on our plates. This can cause us to neglect our own health or deem our symptoms as just “normal” for all that we are doing. I know I am here to live above the normal range and lean into operating optimally. I hope this episode encourages you to do the same!

In this episode of the Being Better Everyday podcast, I bring on my bestie/sister-in-law to have a candid conversation about being a working mom that is in the season of kids in school, sports, activities, church, and more. There are many days where I am in awe of all Jen does and manages in her career, family, and home.
We talk about how she manages schedules, organization of her calendar, being on the go to and from activities, and what she prioritizes to make sure she is taking care of herself as a professional, mom, and wife. Jen often gets asked “how she does it all” and in this episode we share things that have been helpful for her like setting boundaries, outsourcing, and more!
If you enjoyed this episode, share it with another mom that is juggling it all, we all need to connect to one another as we are carrying a lot in the day to day! Make sure to leave a rating and review too!
