This one is extra special. It's my first interview episode since the rebrand to Coffee and Conversions, and I'm bringing on someone I've actually had the privilege of working with.
Courtney Tanaka is the founder of Renew Me Physical Therapy and Wellness, a Twin Cities-based PT practice offering in-home and office care for moms, runners, and active adults. She spent 12+ years in a clinic setting before burnout pushed her to finally bet on herself, and she's been building Renew Me for just over a year and a half.
